Information used to operate your account
The service stores account details, linked provider identifiers, order history, wallet transactions and support requests. Passwords are stored as strong hashes. Google and Discord passwords are never collected by Nexora.
Payment evidence and digital products
Payment screenshots are private and accessible only to the account owner and authorized reviewers. Digital delivery data is encrypted and revealed to the authenticated order owner. Payment evidence is used for verification and fraud review.
Service providers and requests
Configured identity, database, storage, email and supplier services may process data needed to operate the marketplace. Contact support for privacy requests. The business must publish its legal identity, retention periods, processor list and applicable privacy rights before accepting customers.
