Payment Policy

Pre-launch operating draft. Business and jurisdiction-specific details must be finalized before the marketplace accepts customers.

Official destinations only

Use only the payment destination displayed for an enabled payment method on the Deposit page. D17, PayPal and crypto availability depends on business configuration. For crypto, the asset, network and destination must all match the instructions.

Manual verification

Submitting a transaction ID or screenshot creates a pending deposit. It does not change your balance. Authorized reviewers independently verify the transaction, destination, amount, currency and final status before approving it.

Duplicates and review

A transaction reference cannot be reused. Repeated submissions may be flagged for manual review, but a flag is not proof of fraud. Rejected deposits do not credit the wallet. Review reasons and status changes are available in your account.
